Job Qualifications

- previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
- basic knowledge of maintenance and groundskeeping
- ability to handle resident interactions professionally
- ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing regulations is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- handle resident issues with professionalism
- deliver notices to residents as directed
- report unusual or extraordinary resident or property circumstances
- maintain physical appearance of building and grounds
- assist with preparation and touch-ups of vacant units
- move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances
- manage care, maintenance, and inventory of property supplies and equipment
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- comply with OSHA standards and Fair Housing laws
- complete assigned training and attend staff meetings
