Job Requirements
- High school education or general education degree (GED)
- One year related experience or training preferred
- Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Advanced knowledge of building systems technology required
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing

Job Duties
- Cleans bar areas, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators, offices and other front of the house and back of the house areas
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors
- Cleans drains, equipment, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Polishes metalwork
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills
- Transports trash, waste and recyclable materials to disposal area
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments
- Other duties may be assigned
