Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum one year experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- strong ability to operate hand and power tools
- flexible availability including holidays and weekends
- ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- good physical stamina to perform tasks involving walking, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- age 18 or older
- ability to maintain a positive and courteous demeanor during interactions
Job Qualifications
- high school education or general education degree (GED)
- one year related experience or training preferred
- ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
- advanced knowledge of building systems technology
- ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
- must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- clean bar areas rooms hallways lobbies lounges rest rooms corridors elevators stairways escalators offices and other front of the house and back of the house areas
- sweep scrub wax and polish floors
- clean drains equipment rugs carpets upholstered furniture and draperies
- polish metalwork
- wash walls ceiling and woodwork
- wash windows door panels and sills
- transport trash waste and recyclable materials to disposal area
- transport small equipment or tools between departments
- perform other duties as assigned
