Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
  • valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property required
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking
  • capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • willingness to comply with safety and risk management policies

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver’s license for operating golf cart
  • knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Inspect community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • ensure common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free
  • remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • clean and maintain storage areas
  • complete minor and routine service requests
  • assist make-ready specialist in apartment turns
  • change all locks per property policy
  • verify pool gates comply with codes and safety standards
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • report hazards and dangerous situations
  • provide respectful customer service to residents
  • participate in safety meetings and training
  • report incidents promptly
