Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property required
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking
- capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- willingness to comply with safety and risk management policies

Job Duties
- Inspect community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- ensure common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free
- remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- clean and maintain storage areas
- complete minor and routine service requests
- assist make-ready specialist in apartment turns
- change all locks per property policy
- verify pool gates comply with codes and safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards and dangerous situations
- provide respectful customer service to residents
- participate in safety meetings and training
- report incidents promptly
