Job Duties
- ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- assist with make-ready process of apartment homes including trash removal, painting, and cleaning
- perform routine community inspections
- complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager
- maintain community appearance to a high standard
- respond to maintenance requests related to community cleanliness
- support team members in daily maintenance activities
