Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders
  • Ability to push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including call during evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness for rare or regular travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license for operating golf cart
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing ladders
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Assist in completing minor and routine service requests
  • Change locks following property policies and ensure pool gate safety
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report observed hazards or dangerous situations
  • Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to complaints
