Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedule including call during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness for rare or regular travel as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license for operating golf cart
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing ladders
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety and risk management practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Assist in completing minor and routine service requests
- Change locks following property policies and ensure pool gate safety
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report observed hazards or dangerous situations
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to complaints
