Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in property maintenance or similar role advantageous
  • valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking
  • good communication and customer service skills
  • knowledge of basic safety and risk management
  • reliability and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Inspects community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • ensures common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
  • removes trash from vacant apartments and transfers it to dumpsters
  • cleans and maintains storage areas
  • completes minor and routine service requests
  • assists make-ready specialists in apartment turns
  • changes locks in accordance with property policy
  • ensures gates to pool areas meet safety codes
  • distributes notices and communications to residents
  • reports hazards and potentially dangerous situations
  • demonstrates excellent customer service by treating residents respectfully and responding to complaints
  • complies with safety policies and participates in safety training and meetings
