Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking
- availability to work varied shifts as required

- ability to handle minor maintenance requests

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in property maintenance or similar role advantageous
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking
- good communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of basic safety and risk management
- reliability and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Inspects community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- ensures common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
- removes trash from vacant apartments and transfers it to dumpsters
- cleans and maintains storage areas
- completes minor and routine service requests
- assists make-ready specialists in apartment turns
- changes locks in accordance with property policy
- ensures gates to pool areas meet safety codes
- distributes notices and communications to residents
- reports hazards and potentially dangerous situations
- demonstrates excellent customer service by treating residents respectfully and responding to complaints
- complies with safety policies and participates in safety training and meetings
