Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years due to nightlife/daylife requirements
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and move quickly
- Capable of pushing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to write legibly and communicate verbally
- Willingness to work extended hours, irregular shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance as per company standards
- Ability to handle fast-paced, busy, and stressful environments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working in environments with noise, crowds, smoke, hot kitchen elements, and cleaning materials
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding and ability to converse in English
- Experience in high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge preferred
- Knowledge of food/beverage menus and retail merchandise where applicable
- Familiarity with health standards and safety codes
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, and ensuring they are free of spills
- Collect soiled cups and place them in designated washing areas
- Dispose of trash and debris including biohazard spills according to health guidelines
- Set up and maintain sanitation stations as per management instructions
- Support opening and closing procedures including stocking stations and completing side-work
- Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in training sessions
- Provide support and training to fellow team members and assist with additional tasks as assigned
