Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform general custodial duties
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to operate machinery, tools and equipment necessary to perform the porter’s duties including hand tools, pressure washer, hand blower, etc.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents)
- Drug-free workplace

Job Duties
- Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times
- Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units
- Light maintenance tasks i.e. changing light bulbs, air filters, clear clogs, etc.
- Perform other general janitorial and basic maintenance duties as assigned
