Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in general building and grounds maintenance preferred
- knowledge of OSHA regulations
- ability to perform janitorial duties
- physical ability to perform landscaping and maintenance tasks
- valid driver’s license preferred
- ability to comply with all state and federal waste disposal regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred
- knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- A/C Certified Type I-II or Universal preferred
- positive attitude and good customer service
- own tools
- highly motivated and team-oriented
Job Duties
- Perform electrical work
- perform plumbing repairs
- conduct rough and finish carpentry
- complete full apartment painting
- move appliances and furniture
- gut and trash out storage and apartment units
- complete full vacant unit turn process
