Job Duties

Walk the grounds and common areas daily removing litter and debris from lawns planting beds parking areas sidewalks ramps and indoor spaces
empty trash receptacles as needed
clean hallways lobbies stairwells elevator cars and other common areas by vacuuming dusting buffing and washing
use power washer as needed
clean or vacuum pool areas
assist the maintenance team with various tasks
