Job Duties
- walk the grounds and common areas daily removing litter and debris from lawns planting beds parking areas sidewalks ramps and indoor spaces
- empty trash receptacles as needed
- clean hallways lobbies stairwells elevator cars and other common areas by vacuuming dusting buffing and washing
- use a power washer as needed
- clean or vacuum a pool when required
- assist the maintenance team as needed
