Job Duties
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean
- assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep
- support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects
- provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude
