Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor
- availability to work on call and weekends as needed
- valid driver’s license
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

- experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred

- ability to operate heavy equipment safely
- knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques

Job Duties
- maintains positive resident relations through superior service
- inspects the grounds, buildings and other community features to identify and correct hazardous property conditions and maintain exceptional property appearance
- fulfills resident service requests in accordance with company policy while maintaining excellent customer service
- monitors service request turnaround time and responsiveness
- assists with unit inspections and make ready processes prior to new resident move-in
- performs turn and make ready duties as assigned
- lifts and works with heavy equipment as needed
- promptly reports any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
- participates in daily property operations
- maintains preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of the community
- performs on call and weekend duties as assigned
- ensures cleanliness of grounds, pool, leasing office, and common areas
- adheres to company policy, state and federal safety and fair housing laws
- performs hands on repair and upkeep
