Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property maintenance or similar field preferred
- Availability to work on-call, weekends, and flexible hours
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to follow company policies, state and federal regulations
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance preferred
- Ability to use and maintain cleaning and groundskeeping equipment safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety procedures and property maintenance standards
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Maintain positive resident relations through superior service
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features multiple times daily to identify and correct hazards and maintain property appearance
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas
- Complete turn cleans and assist with make ready processes
- Fulfill resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor service request turnaround time and responsiveness
- Report safety or maintenance concerns promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor
