Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in property maintenance or similar field preferred
  • Availability to work on-call, weekends, and flexible hours
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to follow company policies, state and federal regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance preferred
  • Ability to use and maintain cleaning and groundskeeping equipment safely
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and property maintenance standards
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Maintain positive resident relations through superior service
  • Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features multiple times daily to identify and correct hazards and maintain property appearance
  • Perform daily cleaning of common areas
  • Complete turn cleans and assist with make ready processes
  • Fulfill resident service requests promptly and professionally
  • Monitor service request turnaround time and responsiveness
  • Report safety or maintenance concerns promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor
