Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of safety and fair housing laws
- Physical ability for manual labor and lifting
- Availability to work weekends and on-call hours

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred

- Flexible to work weekends and on-call hours
Job Duties
- Maintain positive resident relations through superior service
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features multiple times daily to identify and address hazardous or liability conditions
- Fulfill resident service requests in accordance with company policy while providing excellent customer service
- Monitor service request turnaround time and responsiveness
- Assist with unit inspections and make-ready processes for move-ins and move-outs
- Perform turn-related duties as assigned
- Lift and operate heavy equipment as needed
- Report safety or maintenance concerns promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Participate in daily property operations
- Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend community life while minimizing repairs
- Perform after-hours and weekend on-call duties as assigned
- Ensure cleanliness of grounds, pool, leasing office, and common community areas
- Adhere to company policies and state and federal safety and fair housing laws
- Conduct hands-on repair and upkeep
