Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lb
- Ability to work full-time 40 hours per week
- Willingness to follow directions from supervisors
- Basic communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Bilingual a plus

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or porter role is advantageous

Job Duties
- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- Grounds care including pick-up of trash and maintenance of outdoor areas
- Work under the direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of stairs and common outdoor areas
- Assist in general upkeep of apartment property grounds
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
