Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or kitchen sanitation preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and uniforms
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must comply with all applicable laws regarding employment and background checks
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrate an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- Be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking or standing
- Be willing to wear personal protective equipment and uniforms as required
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
- Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition
- Report any equipment issues to management
- Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
