Job Requirements
- Previous custodian or porter experience in food and beverage or retail preferred
- Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds including overhead
- Ability to stand or walk for an eight-hour shift excluding a half hour break
- Ability to walk up and down stairs at some locations
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in all store areas including customer spaces, restrooms, and workspaces throughout the shift
- Sweep floors and sidewalks, mop, and dust areas as needed
- Communicate maintenance issues to management
- Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, trays, baking tools, and supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bakery displays and equipment
- Empty trash in bathrooms, workstations, and customer-facing areas throughout the day
