- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy items

Job Duties
- Perform routine and periodic cleaning of common and non-residential areas including floor care
- Remove trash from grounds and facilities
- Wash windows and clean resident carpets
- Assist with move-in preparation and moving furniture
- Support cleanup of spills, leaks, floods, and fire emergencies
- Maintain work area compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Demonstrate community hospitality promises towards residents, families, associates, and vendors
