Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of detailing products and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in the collision center and service department such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and equipment
- Keep a clean and orderly work environment including the detail bay and shop bays
- Clean and prepare vehicles for delivery after repairs
- Perform thorough detailing services on completed repairs ensuring all surfaces are cleaned and polished to dealership standards
- Utilize appropriate tools and products for detailing including polishing machines, vacuums, and cleaning solutions
- Identify and report any vehicle damages or imperfections to the Collision Center Manager
- Maintain accurate records of daily work and completed detailing services
- Assist in final inspection of vehicles before returning them to customers
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times
