Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in automotive detailing preferred
- knowledge of detailing products and techniques
- ability to work efficiently, independently, and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to pass a background check and drug test

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in the collision center and service department such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and equipment
- keep a clean and orderly work environment, including the detail bay and shop bays
- clean and prepare vehicles for delivery after repairs
- perform thorough detailing services on completed repairs, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned and polished to dealership standards
- utilize appropriate tools and products for detailing, including polishing machines, vacuums, and cleaning solutions
- identify and report any vehicle damages or imperfections to the Collision Center Manager
- maintain accurate records of daily work and completed detailing services
- assist in final inspection of vehicles before returning them to customers
- adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times
