Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a porter position required
- Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy items
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Basic understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP
- Physical ability to handle demanding duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Ensure tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are cleared and swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service
- Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils to kitchen using trays, bus tubs or carts
- Wash dishes, glasses and pots
- clean cooking stations and equipment maintaining sanitation standards
- Scrape and rinse food from dishes and wash by hand or use dishwashing machine depending on equipment
- Keep display equipment clean and comply with safety and sanitation standards during meal service
- Help receive heavy deliveries and transport them to storage areas while adhering to safe lifting standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Commit personally to your own safety and that of others
- Abide by all company policies including use of protective gloves, oven mitts, fry gloves, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques
