Job Requirements
- High school or GED or trade school diploma
- One year of full-time experience in lawn or grounds maintenance or equivalent
- Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials
- Record of punctuality and dependability
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
- Schedule flexibility for after-hours and weekend emergencies
- Possession of valid driver's license
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as necessary

- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to stand eight hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 pounds
Job Duties
- Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Group's Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry standards
- Perform physically demanding work to maintain asset and property features to minimize liability concerns
- Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously
- Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways as scheduled
- Maintain and repair loose stairwell treads
- Maintain and repair exterior lighting including replacing bulbs and reporting inventory
- Mow lawn areas, remove clippings, trim planting beds, rake and remove leaves and debris
- Apply weed and feed, top seed and water lawn as scheduled
- Install seasonal plantings, replacement shrubs and trees, decorative rock, and water features
- Trim and prune trees and shrubs
- Maintain, adjust, and repair irrigation systems and fountains
- Clean and maintain pool and spa according to manufacturer specifications and compliance codes
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to pool equipment
- Know emergency procedures including location and operation of water, gas shutoff valves and access to sewer cleanouts and fuse panels
- Promote safety awareness to prevent property loss, damage, or injury
- Keep drainage grills clear of leaves
- Pressure-wash sidewalks, buildings, and pool decks
- Assist in snow removal as required
- Undertake job-related training
- Maintain required uniform and professional appearance and attitude
