Job Duties
- Ensure tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned
- clear and sweep floors during peak service times
- prepare areas prior to service
- follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils
- wash dishes, glasses and pots
- clean cooking stations and equipment
- scrape and rinse food from dishes and wash by hand or use dishwashing machine
- keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards
- assist in receiving heavy deliveries and transport to storage
- perform other assigned duties
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperature maintenance
- follow HACCP standards
- maintain personal and team safety
- abide by company policies including use of protective gloves, oven mitts and slip-resistant shoes
