Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work full-time with open availability
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects
- Willingness to learn and receive training on the job
- Must adhere to all company safety and hygiene policies
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods
- Previous experience in foodservice or hospitality preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in receiving, stocking or cash handling preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage station
- Buss, clear and clean tables and sweep floors during peak service times
- Transport dishes and utensils safely from front of house to kitchen
- Wash dishes, glasses and pots and clean cooking stations and equipment
- Receive heavy deliveries and transport to storage while following safe lifting standards
- Ensure proper food presentation, portion control and temperature maintenance following HACCP standards
- Operate company vehicle on and off campus as required
