Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Open availability preferred due to variable schedule
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
- Ability to work full time
- Willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in foodservice or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to operate a golf cart
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in foodservice
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items safely
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations
- Buss, clear, and clean tables and sweep floors during peak service times and prep prior to service
- Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils to the kitchen
- Wash dishes, glasses, and pots and clean cooking stations and equipment maintaining sanitation standards
- Scrape and rinse food from dishes and wash by hand or use dishwashing machines ensuring complete cleanliness
- Keep display equipment clean and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Help receive heavy deliveries and transport them to storage while applying safe lifting practices
- Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Uphold personal and team safety by adhering to company policies and procedures including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- Operate company golf cart as required
