Job Requirements
- Previous porter experience preferred
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items
- Willingness to follow detailed safety and sanitation procedures
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to maintain punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are swept and prepped for service
- Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs or carts
- Wash dishes, glasses and pots and clean cooking stations and equipment maintaining sanitation standards
- Scrape and rinse food from dishes and properly load dishwashing machines or wash by hand
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris, complying with safety and sanitation standards
- Help receive heavy deliveries and transport them to storage areas observing safe lifting standards
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures according to HACCP standards
