Job Duties
- Preparing vacant units for occupancy
- Ensuring a professional appearance at all times
- Cleaning leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and common areas daily or as scheduled
- Maintaining inventory, supplies, and property equipment
- Providing courteous and efficient response to resident and management requests
- Reporting unusual or extraordinary property or resident circumstances
- Adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Performing other duties as assigned
