Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management both written and verbally
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
Ability to use and carry job related equipment
Manual dexterity to operate equipment
Ability to crouch, kneel, push, turn, reach, carry, and pull
Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift
Ability to work in dimly lit, noisy, and smoky environments
Requires normal, corrective vision including ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License

Job Duties

Practice, support, and promote company-wide culture and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards
Responsible for cleaning assigned zones with safety and courtesy
Dust and disinfect slot machines and surrounding areas
Disinfect all surfaces
Empty and wipe out ash trays
Sweep and vacuum carpeted areas including edges
Mop hard surface flooring
Empty trash cans in the casino, valet, and parking garage
Sweep up trash and cigarette butts in parking areas
Clean food court tables, walls, countertops, and floors
Clean biohazards such as feces, urine, blood, and bodily fluids
Clean Spa, restaurants, hotel lobby, pool, Pano Hall, fitness center, and other assigned areas
Disinfect ATMs and guest kiosks
Wipe down trash cans, doors, walls, and windows
Remove gum from floors, chairs, and tables
Clean casino and back-of-house restrooms including toilets, urinals, walls, partitions, dispensers, countertops, sinks, and hand dryers
Mop restrooms twice per shift and document activity
Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, seat covers, and soap
Clean offices including trash removal, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces
Maintain the Hazard Communication Standard
Follow OSHA safety codes and use proper PPE when handling chemicals
