Job Duties
- Play a vital role in service operations by polishing silverware, glassware, and chinaware to ensure a polished dining experience
- Support smooth kitchen and dining room flow by removing and replacing glass racks in the dish area
- Keep service running efficiently by stocking server stations with clean glassware and silverware
- Maintain organization on the expo line by stocking and replenishing chinaware as needed
- Manage linen needs by removing soiled linen throughout service and retrieving clean linen for servers and support staff
- Communicate proactively with management regarding glassware, plateware, and silverware levels
- Access the stewarding storeroom to maintain proper inventory (pars) of plateware, glassware, and flatware
