Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- ability to read, write and comprehend English
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- compassionate and empathetic nature
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention and safety measures in long-term care are highly valued but not required
- training will be provided

Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- floor care
- monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment
- respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
- operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines, vacuums, etc.
