- Six months or more of related customer service and/or facility services related experience
- Floor care experience is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good client/customer service skills

Job Duties
- Patrols exterior grounds for litter
- Sweeps walks and empties exterior trash as required
- Maintains building lobbies and entrances in continuously acceptable condition including spot washing door glass and policing floors
- Maintains rest rooms including rinsing sinks, drying counters, restocking paper and supplies, and cleaning toilets
- Maintains public corridors and stairways including policing for litter and spot cleaning doors
- Maintains elevators including cleaning floors and removing spots
- Provides service in executive areas as required
- Removes trash from high volume areas
- Completes additional tasks like shoveling snow, applying deicer, furniture setup for functions, re-lamping light fixtures, shredding, sorting, bailing trash, and light landscaping
- Performs other routine maintenance duties as assigned
