Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
- valid driver's license and own transportation if applicable
- ability to work flexible schedule
- regular dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to work independently and in team settings
- effective communication skills
- basic computer proficiency
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting over 40 pounds
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- fluency in English

Job Duties
- Ensure our property looks exceptional at all times
- follow safety programs and policies to maintain safety
- frequently walk the property to ensure tidiness and minimize liabilities
- report and address safety and property concerns timely
- communicate with maintenance team and residents effectively
- assist with operational needs and prioritize tasks
- complete unit-turns for vacated apartments
- help setup and take down resident events
- solve problems proactively and take on additional responsibilities
- seek leadership opportunities to achieve company objectives
