Job Requirements
- Ability to relate and be respectful to a wide variety of people and provide superior customer service to all including residents/members, co-workers, vendors, family members and visitors
- Must wear employee badge at all times while on-the-job
- Must report to work on time and adhere to attendance policy
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding information about residents/members, co-workers, vendors, family members and visitors
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reasonably strong, capable of lifting
- Tile floor and carpet care maintenance knowledge preferred
- Must be neat in appearance, dependable
Job Duties
- Collects waste from designated areas
- Maintains tile floor in designated areas
- Washes windows and walls as assigned
- Cleans public and staff restrooms
- Cleans stairwells and elevators as assigned
- Cleans café as necessary
- Refinishes tile floors and shampoos carpets as required
- Assists in room preparations as necessary
- Maintains an assigned area
- Participates in in-service education and safety programs
- Performs other duties as required by Manager or by Administration from time to time
