Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older to apply
- must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more, and occasional sitting
- no prior cleaning experience necessary
- concert season is from May to October with 30-40 shows, must be available to work 60 percent of them

Job Duties
- Responsible for keeping the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms
- keep all guest-facing areas free of trash
- restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
- ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night
- stock all necessary items before guests enter the venue
- keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills
- keep work areas neat and orderly
- clean equipment
- assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
- participate in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show
- ensure guests' seats are clean from any debris before doors open
- display the heart of service attitude
- read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required basic maintenance and service
- use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
- perform all other duties as assigned or needed
