Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, lift and carry 50 lbs or more
- Availability to work 60% of the concert season from May to October
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Must be able to use hand and power tools as needed
- Willingness to participate in venue recycling efforts
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
- Strong physical stamina
- Ability to clean and restock restrooms and guest areas

- No prior cleaning experience necessary
- Strong commitment to safety and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment
Job Duties
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times
- Clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms
- Keep all guest-facing areas free of trash
- Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
- Ensure the venue is show ready before fans arrive
- Stock necessary items before guests enter the venue
- Clean up spills promptly to keep the venue safe
- Maintain neat and orderly work areas
- Clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
- Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during and after shows
- Ensure guests' seats are clean from debris before doors open
- Display a 'heart of service' attitude
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for basic maintenance
- Use various hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
