Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- frequently use hands to handle or operate equipment
- regularly reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- occasionally climb stairs or ladders
- lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
- use vision for close and distance focus and to adjust focus as needed
- comply with all company safety policies
- willingness to work varied indoor and outdoor environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus
- familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- ability to work independently and follow instructions
- good physical condition and stamina
- strong attention to detail
- basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Dust furniture and equipment
- clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweep, scrub, finish, and polish floors
- clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- polish metal fixtures and surfaces
- wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empty trash receptacles and ashtrays
- clean and disinfect as necessary
- safely transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas
- follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and chemicals
- adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times
- perform other related duties as assigned
