Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and maneuver 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to participate in safety trainings and report incidents promptly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or porter roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management practices
- Physical ability to perform required duties
Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
- Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gate safety
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- Demonstrate customer service by addressing resident questions and maintenance complaints
