Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to participate in safety trainings and report incidents promptly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or porter roles preferred
  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of safety and risk management practices
  • Physical ability to perform required duties

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
  • Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gate safety
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
  • Demonstrate customer service by addressing resident questions and maintenance complaints
