Job Duties
- Ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- assist with make-ready process of apartment homes including trash removal, painting, and cleaning
- conduct routine community inspections
- complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs
- manage irrigation tasks
- support pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
