Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
must be able to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screen
must have valid driver’s license
high school diploma or GED preferred
one to three months related experience or training without diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
ability to read and write Standard English language
ability to comprehend simple instructions
ability to present information effectively in person
customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
must be at least 18 years of age
valid driver’s license required
one to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
customer service experience preferred
knowledge of basic general cleaning
ability to read and write standard English
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
ability to write simple correspondence
effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
ability to understand rates applicable to time passed

Job Duties

Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the garage
empty ash urns daily and trash receptacles at full or higher
sweep litter and cigarette butts in common landing areas
use mop or power washer to eliminate stains from liquid spills
wipe all signage and wayfinding materials with appropriate solutions
maintain general cleaning of garage including debris removal around and between vehicles
power wash pillars and columns to remove stains
wipe equipment including gates, card reading equipment, and signage
empty returned guest key receptacles and return keys to the manager on duty
perform general landscaping duties as needed according to season
remove snow from entrance or exit ramps and walkways applying salt or sand to prevent ice
assist guests with directions and inquiries
protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements
maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
