Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- one to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and write standard English language
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- customer service experience preferred

- ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- cleanliness check of all guest entrances and elevator landings including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles and sweeping litter
- use mop or power washer to eliminate stains and wipe signage and wayfinding materials including pay stations
- maintain general cleaning of garage areas including debris removal around vehicles and stain removal from pillars and columns
- wipe signage and equipment including gates and card readers at garage entrances and exits
- empty guest key receptacles and return keys to management and power wash garage entrances and exits as needed
- assist guests with directions and inquiries providing information about local attractions
- protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
