Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass a criminal background check
- able to pass a drug screen
- one to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
- willing to work Wednesday to Sunday 1pm to 9pm
- able to follow established procedures and work with specific directions given
- able to maintain guest confidentiality and security of customer information
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree
- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of basic general cleaning
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondences
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- clean guest entrances and elevator landings each shift including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles daily and sweeping common areas
- use mop or power washer to remove stains and wipe signage and way-finding materials in common areas including pay on foot stations
- maintain general cleaning of garage using mobile garbage cans, broom and dustpan removing debris around vehicles and use paint safe solutions or power washer to eliminate stains on pillars and columns
- wipe all signage at garage vehicular entrances and exits and clean equipment including gates, gate arms, card readers and attached signage
- empty guest key receptacles at garage exits and return keys to Towne Park MOD and power wash garage entrances and exits as needed
- assist guests with directions and inquiries providing information about surrounding area and attractions
- protect guest confidentiality following HIPAA requirements and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
