Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Physically able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and able to stand or sit for extended periods
- Willing to work Wednesday to Sunday 1pm to 9pm
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat and cold
- Ability to climb stairs and perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write standard English language
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage
- Use mop or power washer to eliminate stains and wipe signage and pay on foot stations
- Maintain general cleaning of the garage including debris removal and stain elimination on pillars and columns
- Wipe signage, gate equipment and card readers at vehicular entrances and exits
- Empty guest key receptacles and return keys to management
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries providing information about the surrounding area
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements
