Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum six months of cleaning, stripping, and waxing floor experience
must be able to pass background check and drug screening
must have reliable transportation
able to maintain high level of personal integrity
able to follow instructions
ability to work under minimal supervision
physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30lbs, bend, kneel, and twist

Job Duties

Strip and wax floors on multiple levels
be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, public areas
manage time effectively to complete tasks daily
sweep and mop floors
vacuum and clean carpets
restock, clean, and sanitize restrooms
clean windows and restrooms
remove trash
dust
