Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- experience working outdoors in various weather conditions
- must pass and maintain drug-free status pre-employment and random testing
- ability to safely operate a pickup truck and perform physical labor
- physical ability to stand walk bend climb stairs and lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Drive a company-provided pickup truck to multiple stops along a scheduled route
- perform litter removal in and around commercial properties
- maintain and clean retail properties including sidewalks parking lots and common areas
- use a leaf blower to clear sidewalks and other outdoor areas
- replace trash bags and inspect properties for maintenance issues
- complete assigned tasks within designated time frames
- follow all safety protocols and use equipment properly
