Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Job Duties
- Walk the property frequently and remove litter, debris, cigarette butts, and pet droppings
- Perform routine property maintenance as requested by management
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area including minor pool cleaning
- Regularly check and replace exterior lighting
- Remove abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes and transfer them to dumpsters or storage
- Use powered blowers to clean sidewalks and walking areas
- Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, and other fixtures
- Assist with physical tasks such as digging post holes and carrying abandoned items
- Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
- Complete minor service requests as directed
- Change locks, rekey, and make keys as required
- Distribute resident communications
- Perform work area clean-up and maintain safety precautions
- Constantly observe property conditions and report unsafe situations
- Ensure storage areas remain locked when not in use
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other areas
- Use cleaning equipment including brooms, mops, floor equipment, and vacuum cleaners
- Replace light bulbs and participate in general cleaning, painting, and repairs
