Job Requirements
- Commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the public area attendant cleaning industry
- Integrity and capability to work independently
- Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in both internal and external environments
- Available to work weekends and/or holidays
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, and handling objects up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred but not required
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods, practices, tools, and equipment
- Strong commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with integrity
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean all public areas to the standards required
- Clean and maintain all equipment daily
- Assist guests in public areas when required
- Post caution signs when required
- Responsible for the upkeep of all equipment used
- Complete deep cleaning projects as required
- Report injuries, damage, or missing items to the Public Area Supervisor
