Job Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependability
- 1-2 years restaurant experience
- Must meet federal age requirements with recommendation of minimum 18 years
- Ability to climb up and down ladder to height of 25 feet
- Ability to sweep, mop and scrub using cleaning materials
- Capability to frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to reach, bend and clean surfaces regularly
- Comfortable working in hot, cold and damp environments
- Reading and writing skills
- Job duties split about 50 percent inside and 50 percent outside

Job Duties
- Check over restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Maintain appearance of the building exterior and grounds including landscaping and snow removal
- Coordinate job duties around other opening team members to ensure efficient restaurant opening preparation
- Take and document temperatures of required foods upon delivery following Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist
- Put food orders away in cooler while following proper stock rotation protocols
- Rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage areas using First In-First Out method to monitor shelf life and code dates
- Maintain basic working knowledge of all restaurant equipment operations
- Complete scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely and correctly per maintenance calendar
- Complete daily duties to assist kitchen during lunch shift if applicable
- Report any areas of incomplete closing to opening manager
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by manager on duty
