Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year experience in building maintenance
- Certified Pool Operator certification preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Skilled in light maintenance and basic repairs
- Ability to use computers and maintain accurate logs
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications

- One year experience in building maintenance preferred
- Certified Pool Operator certification preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Computer literate
- Skilled in light maintenance, basic repairs, and equipment operation

Job Duties
- Assure all rooms and facility areas are clean and meet facility standards including entrances, hallways, game rooms, community living areas, fitness and spa areas, running track, elevators, patios, and bathrooms
- Provide detailed janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, and replacing light bulbs
- Perform daily or weekly maintenance on pools, spas, and water features to keep them clean and free of debris
- Work safely using all personal protective equipment and report unsafe conditions or accidents
- Report potential maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director and assist with repairs and preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and water testing results
- Ensure indoor and outdoor furniture and fitness equipment are properly placed and maintained
- Maintain room supplies in a clean, organized, and ready-to-use condition
- Provide seasonal and holiday assistance with club decorations
